How delivery works

Know who owns the next action.

01

Padlon manages the relationship

We scope the service, oversee endpoint policies, track remediation and give your business a clear operational view.

02

The MDR partner operates the SOC

For activated MDR engagements, a contracted partner provides 24/7 investigation and the response actions you have authorized.

03

Your IT team supports recovery

Your IT owner approves maintenance, maintains connectivity and backups, and leads application support and business recovery.

Connect strategy with operations

CyberAssure360 manages the program. Managed Security operates the controls.

CyberAssure360 brings leadership, governance, risk management and compliance into one program. Padlon Managed Security provides the separately scoped technical operations beneath it. Purchase either independently or combine them in one coordinated relationship.

Full vCISO leadership and CyberAssure360 are separately priced. Your proposal identifies overlapping reporting and meetings so the same work is not billed twice.

Before you choose

Practical answers about managed security.

Does every plan include 24/7 monitoring?

No. Managed Protect includes human review during agreed business hours. Managed Detect & Respond and Managed Security Plus are planned partner-delivered offerings. Their 24/7 SOC coverage starts only after partner delivery, licenses and response responsibilities are confirmed in your agreement.

What platforms does Padlon use?

Our endpoint foundation uses NinjaOne for management and CrowdStrike for licensed protection and investigation. Specific functions depend on the products in your proposal. Owning an endpoint security license alone does not establish a staffed MDR service.

Is general IT support included?

General desktop support, printers, business application support and routine help desk services remain with your IT team or MSP. Padlon focuses on the security operations defined in your agreement.

What happens when a threat is found?

The responsible analyst investigates, escalates and follows your approved response plan. Containment authority is agreed by action and asset type. Reimaging, business recovery, forensic investigation and legal notifications are separately scoped or remain with your designated providers.

How are prices calculated?

A monthly management fee funds recurring administration, reporting and coordination. Workstation and server charges scale the service to your environment, subject to a minimum monthly engagement. Onboarding and optional domains are separately quoted; customer-owned licenses are reconciled so you do not pay for the same entitlement twice.

Do we also need CyberAssure360?

Managed Security can be purchased independently. CyberAssure360 and vCISO services add executive governance, compliance and risk management through a separately priced engagement.

Your next step
