This offering is in development. Coverage begins only after partner selection, licensing, pilot validation and your response agreement are confirmed.

Endpoint hunting
Analysts use licensed endpoint telemetry to look for relevant attacker behavior and report findings and coverage limitations.
Approved containment
Host isolation and other actions follow a signed authority matrix. Production servers and critical assets receive explicit approval rules.
Incident coordination
Padlon connects partner findings with your decision-makers and IT team, tracks remaining remediation and manages the customer relationship.
Evidence and reporting
Incident timelines, action records, service metrics and unresolved risks support operational decisions and customer evidence needs.
Separately scoped expansion
Identity, email and cloud coverage depend on supported sources, additional licenses and agreed response permissions. Endpoint MDR does not automatically protect every system.

Containment and business recovery need different owners.
MDR addresses the investigation and response actions in the service agreement. General IT support, system reimaging, restoration, onsite forensics, counsel and regulatory notifications are not automatically included.
Before activation, we confirm protected assets, monitoring hours, notification targets, response permissions, escalation contacts and the IT provider responsible for recovery.
